VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK

ELECTION NOTICE

At the November 10, 2025, regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Maybrook, the following resolution was offered by Trustee Giannico, seconded by Deputy Mayor Woznick, who moved its adoption:

            WHEREAS, the next general Village Election for officers will be held on March 18, 2026, and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publish the offices which are to be filled in such election and the terms thereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees designates the following offices as vacant at the end of the official year, to be filled at the Village

Election to be held on March 18, 2026, for the following terms:

            OFFICE                                                         TERM

            Trustee                                                                        2 years

            Trustee                                                                        2 years

            Mayor                                                                          2 years

IS FURTHER resolved that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this resolution in full in the Wallkill Valley Times. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
