NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING

BLUESTONE PHASE 3 APPLICATION

FOR SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT APPROVAL

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 18th day of January, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Maybrook Planning Board at Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, New York, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the application of Baruch Markowitz for site plan and special exception use permit approval of a senior housing development consisting of 38 residential units known as Bluestone Phase 3 on a 2.6-acre parcel located along Broadway adjacent to The Evergreens (Phase I) and Bluestone Commons in the Senior Citizens Housing (R-SC) zoning district, and shown on the Village Tax Map as Section 108, Block 1, Lot 18.122. This matter has been classified as an Unlisted action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).  

 

The public hearing will be held at Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, New York, unless virtual remote meetings are permitted to continue at that time by legislation, Executive Order of New York State Governor Kathy Hochul, or otherwise, in which case this Meeting shall be held via Zoom videoconferencing and physical attendance by the public at the meeting will not be permitted.  In that event, the public shall have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live.  Please refer to the Village of Maybrook’s website at https://www.villageofmaybrook.com on January 18th for instructions to access the virtual meeting.

(205 MAIDEN LANE)

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 18th day of January, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Maybrook Planning Board at Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, New York, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the application of Vera Eichele for site plan and special exception use permit approval to utilize the second floor of a detached garage as an accessory apartment on a +/- 0.23-acre  parcel located along Maiden Lane in the R-4 (one-family residence on eight-thousand-square-foot lot) zoning district, and shown on the Village Tax Map as Section 111, Block 2, Lot 6.
